Charles Blevins review about company D H Radomski Inc

I'll start by saying that the work I have seen from these guys is nothing short of amazing so I don't think quality is an issue. Now the reason for the single star. I had Rob come out to quote a full tear off and replacement of my roof. No small job considering I have 2650 Sq Feet of it to deal with. After a few missed connections we finally got a time to meet. His quote with some gutter repairs, add ons, more Ice and Water barrier, etc was $2000 less than anyone else and he was using the exact materials. Awesome right? Not so much. For 3 weeks I had left voice mails, sent emails and text messages to get all of the items discussed on a single estimate with a total so I could get money to pay for it. I get a few responses and still not the right info. Then it was radio silence. Can not contact them at all. No calls back...nothing. I was ready to hire and set a date. They offer a 15 year labor warranty on the roof. It isn't worth the paper it is written on if you can't get them on the phone. I have zero confidence in them because of the horrible communication. I have heard the communication woes from other customers of theirs so it's not just me. I shouldn't have to chase a contractor around to give them a job. Sorry to say...they lost my business and another local contractor got it. Communication is key to success fellas. I hope this review resonates.
