N H review about company Hay's Roof Management Ltd
When I contracted Hays Roofing to do the shingles on my roof in 2004, I was quoted and invoiced with a 30 year product guarantee on Cambridge branded fiberglass laminated shingles. It has only been 13 years since installation and my roof has multiple areas where rainwater has collected and descended into the drywall. On another document, I was given a guarantee of 25 years for different brand of shingles they did not mention on the invoice and quote. Upon contacting them I was told they have no idea how that must have happened and rather than address the issue regarding the warranty, I was re-quoted the price of redoing the work. He is blatantly invoicing a different product than the one he installs then refuses to honor the warranty

To offer a warranty with no intention of honoring it is dishonest. I would not trust this business.
