I have had great customer service with this Company. My customer rep Sergio has been excellent, he has made the process very easy and stress free. He has explained everything very well and has taken the lead to be sure that everything gets done timely and accurately. He worked great with my insurance company to get the best results, and he always responds quickly. He has provided 3D images of my actual house with different roof colors, and provided many samples to make the choice easier. Sergio is a super nice guy who I enjoy working with, and I highly recommend him and this company.
