C N review about company Premier Skylights

We need some skylight repair work done. Have tried calling them multiple times, left a voicemail (with no return call), all with no contact. It's as if they just ignore messages and phone calls. How is one supposed to get work accomplished if a company doesn't respond at all? Bad business, will look elsewhere.
