About a month ago calling on a Friday, I caught Dan on a job, said he would have Lisa call. No Call, I called Lisa Monday afternoon. She asked for photo's and would try to get a bid without a visit. Submitted the next day, 10 days later I called to find out about a bid, she had the information but didn't call or communicate it. I said the price was ok, she was going to email a contract. I've called Lisa's number, no responses. I've called the main number twice, the woman who answers defers to Lisa, but Lisa never returns the calls. I have no idea what their work is like,

They never showed up for a 4 p.m. appointment, nor did they call to say they were running late or to reschedule.
