William Woo review about company Arbutus Roofing

I had a two leaks in our commercial property and asked them to see if they could come same day to look and repair the leak. They said they would call me back and see if they could send someone out right away. Then I started calling other people in the phone book to see if I could get anyone on site. They had staff just suddenly show up, after I already had someone else commit to showing up. Poor communication on that part. However, they apparently repaired and left the building, didn't tell anyone they were done. Next day, its leaking again, and I called them back to see if they could repair it, told me it was a weekend and the rate is $500 which is overtime rate to repair a repair they made yesterday that obviously was not successful doing. I would rather call someone else and pay that same $500 rate if I had to. If they didn't do it right the first time, why would i pay them again, and double to possibly have another failed repair. If the roof was not repairable to begin with, then they should have let me know. Again I'm not sure, but for sure I'm not using them again.
