Contractor who actually performed the work did a quality job - no complaints there. However, debris was left in my yard and it's been almost a month. Owner claims to take care of it but hasn't it. Should have known from the beginning of the slackness considering it took a couple of months to obtain a final quote and then schedule after numerous attempts of reaching out to them. Only time they are quick to call and harass is when they are trying to obtain payment (in which they called repeatedly, texted, and left vms) but do not have the decency to handle or complete jobs on their end. Such as the ability to secure an appointment after providing a quote (so non-responsive) and to clean up their mess (debris) in a timely manner. Maybe this would be understandable if I wasn't asking, following up constantly, and reaching out. They settled for the quick sell and have lost my business for the multiple home improvement projects I am completing.
