Kirsty Patel review about company C & C Plastering Services Ltd

After they re-scheduled at the 11th hour, nobody arrived the following week. When I chased up the business manager, my calls were screened and immediately sent to answerphone. I left a text and voice message explaining the situation and requested a call back, with no reply. They left me in the lurch - without the job done or an opportunity to re-arrange someone else and wasting annual leave. Terrible service, with rude & appalling non-communication. Don’t be fooled by their initial professionalism, this company will let you down, without explanation or courtesy when the job doesn’t suit them.
