Cristy McAbee review about company C & W Roofing Co Inc

Do yourself a favor and call someone else! I called this place twice to make an appointment and was stood up on both appointments. The second one was scheduled yesterday at 11am. At 11:30 I called the company and was told their estimator was sick and would not be coming out. I then asked why I wasn't contacted and told he wouldn't be coming. The man on the phone then retorted "I told you he's sick and has been for sometime." I replied "I heard you but why didn't someone else call me to reschedule?" He then said "we won't be rescheduling" and hung up on me! This is by far the most unprofessional experience I've had with any business and the first time any business had deliberately hung up on me!
