I answered a call from American Sentry Solar, explaining that I had another company coming to give me another evaluation and if they wanted to call in a few days, I would consider setting up a appointment with American Sentry Solar. I did get another call from American Sentry Solar, but to my surprise I was informed that they did do a evaluation on our roof and found that we had too much shade on our roof due to trees. American sentry solar would not set up a appointment to come to our home, because a solar system would not be efficient on our roof. I'm very impressed with the honesty and need to warn me to beware of getting ripped off by other companies. I am overwhelmed and very grateful to American Sentry Solar, for being forthcoming, honest. I will only call this company, when I'm ready to go solar. Customer service is more than anything one could hope for, I was able to reach them promptly and all of my questions were answered. The follow up was priceless to me. You do not find service or honesty like that anymore. I will highly recommend American Sentry Solar.
