Leroy VanWagner review about company Harper Siding and Roofing

We recently bought an older house and the roof had been previously patched. The roof began leaking in several other areas.  We contacted a company used on a previous house and they declined the work saying "it's to complicated ." I asked around and several neighbors suggested I call John, the owner of Harper Siding and Roofing. We called John, he came the next day and gave us a very competitive and fair quote. He let us know the things we would need to do in advance like provide electrical outlet access, access to the driveway, and recommended covering items in our garage. Since the prior roof was an old wood shingle with no decking, it would require breaking up shingles.  The materials and crew arrived on time and the job was completed in one day. The quote was very fair and accurate.   John opted to use an insulated decking for our garage at no added cost so we could use the garage for other purposes if we choose to later.  The crew did a great job cleaning up and I haven't found any nails. After the roof was installed, we had massive rainstorms that caused significant flooding all over.  We did not have a single issue and have gone through multiple large storms with no issues. Overall we are very satisfied with the communication, work quality, and hometown friendliness of John and his team!
