Jacob P review about company Masters General Contracting

Very unprofessional. We bought our house with a warranty from Master's. Within the first month of moving in, it started to leak, exactly where it did previously! Tim was nice in the beginning, but then said it wasn't his problem. He said it was a manufactures warranty problem, which he wasn't responsible for doing the work to get it fixed! I called the manufacture and sent many photos over to them. They said it was installed incorrectly! Master's refused to help us. We even contacted our insurance company and had an adjuster come out and unfortunately our policy doesn’t cover bad workmanship. Now we have to get a whole new roof because their lack of help and neglect!
