When we found our dream home, it just happened to be 200 years old, and in need of QUITE a bit of work. We wanted to use a 203k renovation, and we had the hardest time getting anyone to look at the house, let alone give us a good estimate. After playing phone tag with other contractors, and getting estimates that blew our budget out of the water, we called Unique Construction. Kyle not only called me back the same day, he came to the house the next day and gave us an estimate that actually allowed us to do all the work we needed. You hear horror stories about the renovation process, and we had complications beyond their control that slowed things down, but the communication we got from them made everything as smooth as it could be. We heard from the crew on an almost daily basis, with questions and updates. They were quick to adapt to changes we requested along the way, with prices that felt very fair. In the end, we are very happy with the way they brought our home back to life, while respecting the historic zoning and character of the house. Kyle, Colt, Jennifer, Brian, Scott and team walked us through the process and took great care of us. I would recommend Unique Construction for any project.
