Erika Jones review about company Asap Roofing Palestine

My experience with ASAP wasn’t the best... had some problems with my roof and called to get somebody to come out and take a look...they took my info and it literally took about a week until I got a call back to schedule a time that somebody would come. After they finally came out and took a look and told us what could possibly be wrong with our roof they said they would email us the estimate to repair it and it’s been a month with no estimate sent and within this month I’ve called the direct guy that has come out.. I’ve texted him ...I’ve called the main ASAP number to talk to someone else ...and I’ve emailed the main ASAP email and nothing... I really wanted to use ASAP for our roofing needs but obviously they didn’t care about my roof and getting our money... so on to another roofing company who will hopefully be a little more professional.
