Sandy ketchum review about company An Advanced Roof LLC

We just bought a house a year ago that they did the roofing on. Before we bought the house it was leaking so they came out and repaired it and the ceiling. It is now leaking in the same spot. They say the warranty isn't good because there was a 75.00 fee to keep it. We were never told this. We were told by the owner that the roof warranty was good till 2017. We asked could we pay the 75.00 now that we know about. We were told we need to speak to the owner. Well after 3 weeks of trying to talk to the owner and a visit to their office. We still have not heard from anyone. And the roof is still leaking and we have water spots all over our kitchen ceiling and no response from our calls or visits
