Kirsty Norton review about company All Weather Roof Line Ltd

Extremely appalled by the service we recieved by the vile guy 'providing' a window quote. He and the manager on the phone were very pushy making sure we were getting our windows done ASAP or refusing to provide a quote. He laughed in our faces and patronised us as we were a 'young couple' (we are late 20's) . He assumed our parents were going to be paying for this. When we told them we have already received a previous quote, his mood became even more irate. He dictated what windows should be placed where as if we didn't have the ones he recommended our house would look like a 'dolls house' He also laughed at the fact we wanted A rated windows rather than the standard C grade that they provide. When we did accept his quote, he didn't provide us with any sort of business card, brochure or hard copy of the quote. Instead he stormed out like a bratty teenager. We had the money in place to purchase windows but because of his disgusting vile attitude we would not be using their services. Also they didn't provide a follow up phone call so we could provide feedback. If I could give this company no stars I would. He made us feel so uncomfortable in our home. No wonder they get so many bad reviews.
