Tracy Graham review about company Rowe Roofing

We had our roof replaced less than 2 years ago by Rowe Roofing. We had a leak recently. I had to call 4 times before Mr. Rowe called me back to discuss this and schedule a time to have someone come out and look at it. When he did call me back he told me (without coming to see the leak) that he was 99% sure the leak was not covered under warranty. He would not schedule a time for anyone to come out and look at the leak without us committing to them fixing it if not under warranty. He became agitated during the conversation and actually hung up on me. When I called back so he could apologize to me no one answered the phone. The unprofessional nature of the company is astonishing.
