Cheli Love review about company Affordable Quality, Inc.

This is the first time I leave a negative comment on a company's page but I believe it is necessary. Affordable quality has taken a whole month from the time my insurance company paid me to do any work on my property. They said it will still be a whole month until they get my roof redone. I contacted another company and they are charging $500 less and they would do the work within a couple days. I called them many times and no one would answer, I had to leave two voicemails to finally get a response. When the administrator finally called she had terrible customer service and give me attitude saying they will charge me $1000 just to put a tarp on my roof.
