Derrell Carter review about company Reliable Roofers

Well, let me update THIS as since Reliable Roofers did fix my leak for like 1 rain storm. My rook is leaking AGAIN!!! but this time water is pouring into my home POURING!!!!!!!!!!!! like streaming into my house in the exact same area!! He said he was replacing 3 areas on the roof and yet... it is still leaking. I don't know what this guy did at all. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Can't get them on the phone after an estimate. I had them come out to look at a leak in my rook on May 26, 2018 and they said I would receive a call Tuesday May 29, 2018 since Monday was a holiday and the roofer warned me they were busy, which is fine. I however, did not receive a call on Tuesday so I call Wednesday and they say the roofer will call me, I get no call. I call again and they offer the guys cell phone number which I must admit I didn't want I just asked to have him contact me to set the appointment for repair still nothing. I understand they are busy, but it seems ridiculous we cannot set the appointment and no one will reach out. I called today June 4th a full week and a half after they cam out and a week after I was supposed to have an appointment and expressed my disappointment with the process and the receptionist said and I quote "We are a small office there are 3 people here what do you expect? You can call any roofer and they are busy!" completely missing the point that I just want to set the appointment so I can plan to be available. And to answer her question of what I expect... professionalism. I have to answer that here because she hung the phone up on me.
