I would give 1 star however Jonah the sales rep was wonderful. He did his job and was very friendly not pushy and helped us explore our options. I feel bad for Jonah though because the workers themselves are bad and it made me never want to use this company again. We had purchased new roofs for a carport and a workshop (two small roofs). Our insurance company was requiring these be taken care of in a designated amount of time. We made sure they understood this and they assured us they would be done. We signed the contract in September and it took almost 2 months and me constantly calling the company to figure out what was going on. First they said they didn’t have the material then they said they didn’t have the equipment then it was just a scheduling issue. It seems to me they are over booking their workers and making promises to customers they can’t keep. I was very disappointed.
