Debbie Goldstein review about company Tri-State Components

We purchased and paid $1,000's for expensive, supposedly first quality tin for the new roof of our home, which we were told and assured had a lifetime warranty, It has not been on long and our blue tin is not holding up in the sun. It has already faded into very ugly, very noticeable white streaks. Upon confronting the owner of the company with the problem, he has refused to replace the poor quality, ugly blue tin which he has only viewed in photos. He is not standing by his product.. The roof is in public view. We do not recommend that anyone purchase tin from this company, due to our horrible experience and a waste of money. The roof is dull and not shiny as it should be. It looks old and very worn and it is less than two years old. Buyer beware! Maybe a TV crew would like to know about our story.

Knowledgeable staff. And proffessional attitude

Their roofing may be ok, but the company is rude and they don't care about their customers. The driver took 1/2 my tree out in my yard and just left...

Had to pick up several items
