Mackenzie Bates review about company Syracuse Roofing

RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Had a leak at a commercial location I work for. They came and fixed. I was told to call after it rained in case it still leaked. It did, so I called. I was told someone would stop out on the following Monday. I never saw anybody but gave them a whole week to make it out. I called the next Monday, Tom claimed that they had sent someone out, but no one came inside the store..?.. The roof was STILL leaking. I asked again for someone to come out and was told they would be here the next day (Tuesday), and no one showed up. Wednesday I called and was told someone would be here by noon. No one showed up at all Wednesday. Thursday I called again and finally Tom came out. However when Tom got here, he claimed there was no leak. More ceiling tiles had dropped since the first repair and I had seen it leaking myself. He was so rude and he kept interrupting me and telling me that I didnt know what I was talking about. No matter how many times I tried to get a word in, he wouldn't let me. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I told him I would write a review based upon my experience, he said he go ahead. He was so rude and nasty that I had to walk away from him. As I was walking away he kept going at it. I am completely shocked that he has remained in business this long. I would not recommend him to anybody.
