Steve Rice review about company Royal Contracting Solutions

We hired Royal Contracting Solutions trying to keep in local in our small community, also fellow members with Austin waters at the Chamber of Commerce, Now Mayor Mark Guffey Royal rep went to school with my Wife. He made promisses, shook my hand, took our money and has avoided us ever since. There was one call where he said there will be push back if we decide to include him in this story. Hard not to he was the man that sold us a junk roof. Horrible customer service, Owner made extortion accusations and accused us being thieves when we complained about the poor workmanship while the roof was being installed. He has been paid on full just to take away his limp justification and end his accusations. Our roof is ugly, was leaking I had to make repairs, no English speaking workers on the job during installation, littered bug non skilled laborers, absent minded forgetful Forman good for apologizing not good at follow through. Would not recommend this company to any one stay away. We are not done, I don't get mad I make things right.
