From the moment I met the Sales Representative, Christian Riceman, and the Roofing Insurance Claim Inspector, David Keith, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were both very courteous, knowledgeable, and straight forward about the how the whole process would work. They even helped me get the claim started immediately. As I was waiting for the project to start, they stayed in contact with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the process. On the day of the roof build, the Superintendent showed up early, and discussed the game plan with me. The crew was phenomenal. They came in, protected my property, removed the old roofing materials, installed the new roof, and cleaned up in one day. I was very impressed by all of them. Christian and David even stopped by to check in with me, on this day. If you need roofing, ridge vents, gutters, etc..., then these are the guys that you want to have do the work. I highly recommend this company! I am a completely satisfied customer. The office staff was also very helpful with scheduling the job, keeping in contact, setting up a final inspection, and dealing with financial aspect of this roofing project. Overall, this was a really great experience!
