I was in dread of having my roof replaced. This was an area with which I had no familiarity and just knew that I would be taken advantage of. I really figured I would end up with a settle-for job, pay too much for it, and have nowhere to go for recourse. I gotta say, none of those things came to pass, in fact, the whole process was handled so smoothly by the sales rep, James Welch, that if it hadn't been for the appearance of the friendly and efficient workers, I probably wouldn't have even known the deed had been done. All that and the beautiful new roof that seemingly magically appeared on my house was proof that there are still professionals out there who can get the job done.
