They told me exactly when they would be there to give a quote. It took less than 2 hrs to get a quote emailed. The quote was fair and reasonable. There was good communication. They completed the job quickly. It looks great. I have no complaints. I did not get the same service from competitors when it came to getting the quote timely or the amount of the quote.
