These guys are incredible! Stephen Lacy came to my house for an initial meeting and was polite and respectful. An assessment was performed quickly and he said he would take it from there. Sure enough, when all the insurance mumbo jumbo was sorted out, none of which i had to do myself, he told me I would be getting a new roof. I picked the color of my shingles and that's all I had to do. Stephen's crew put on my roof quickly and professionally. They took great care not to damage my gutters, landscaping beds, or anything else. I found very few nails on the ground and, considering the quantity of old nails they pulled out, I think that's very good. They left my yard in great shape! A year later, I'm still confident I made the right choice. There's a lot of fly-by-night roofing companies out there, and even some you may have heard of before. Do yourself a favor and go with Duran's. Ask for Stephen Lacy - he'll treat you right!
