Iryna Bennett review about company M P B Waterproofing

Had recurring damp problems in the basement of the newly renovated house. Recently had major water ingress resulting in extensive damage. After opening the walls discovered that the membrane had been installed in a haphazard way with wrong alignment and fitting. Having obtained a full surveyor's report with very clear photographic evidence, queried the results with MBP Waterproofing and have not had even an acknowledgement from them. Awful workmanship and even worse service.
