If you're considering Crist Roofing to do your roof, make sure you put a clause on your contract that if they are in default to any of the suppliers, you will not be held responsible so you don't find yourself in the same situation we are. OR pay the supplier directly. OR have joint checks issued to suppliers and Crist Roofing through your bank. DO NOT PAY CRIST IN FULL until you know all suppliers, vendors and workers have been paid or you will have a lien filed on your property. PROTECT YOURSELF!
