Cindy Scott review about company OTC Restoration

I would not recommend or use OTC again. I had very poor customer service. 6 different start dates. Lack of follow through or follow up w sales rep. Manager forwarded issues to sales rep but never confirmed if issues were taken care of or resolved. Invoice stated one price which I had to insist on a copy to k ow what to pay; then he asked for additional funds above invoice presented. Sales rep did not pay sub contractors timely as promised either. Hired poor quality help.
