A quality experience from the beginning to the end. I was disappointed with other roofer's tactics as I was getting quotes, but Jeff and the other team members were very pleasant to work with. The quote was very reasonable, straightforward, and without any hidden agendas. The weather was very shaky about the time to install the roof, but the Jeff assured me they would not start if rain was likely. In fact it did rain in the morning and I was assured when it stopped that the job would be completed within two days. Actually, the roofing team showed up as the rain quit about 9:30 and they completely finished our 2500 square foot roof and cleaned up everything by 4:30 that same afternoon! They even went above and beyond by doing some extra work I requested and some they suggested without additional charge. Everything from the billing to the final warranty paperwork has also been handled in a very professional manner.
