Wow! What terrible customer service! We called for a free estimate, and we're told we would get a call back to schedule a free estimate soon. After following up twice over the course of a week with no call to schedule, we were then told an estimate had been done (without our verification), and that we could expect a bill. We had not even seen any estimate, but they were ready to bill. Dishonesty at its best! You'd be better off going anywhere else!
