The office staff is rude and slams you on hold without asking. The workers have caused more harm to my roof and now I have leaks in places around the roof that weren't tv there before they put a new roof on. They also left my water running and it was about 6 hours after they left that I noticed it. The company is trying to walk away with tv gout taking any responsibility for the damage, and left me as the homeowner with more damage to my home.
