Kim Lopez review about company Cedar Roof Specialist LLC

Not a good experience at all, very unprofessional!!! Cedar Roof Specialist came out to give me an estimate on my roof, they said it was in good shape and just needed to replace some shingles and seal it. About a month having this done and over $3,000 later the roof leaked and shingles were falling off. I called to let them know, however, its only an answering machine telling you to leave your name and someone will get back to you. Nobody ever called me back after numerous phone calls. Now several months and $3,000 later we have several tarps on the roof and still no one will contact me!!! Unacceptable and insufficient work and customer service for what we paid. I'm very unhappy with their work.
