Do not touch with a barge pole! Completely replaced my flat room in July 2015 - should come with a 10 year guarantee! Water has been coming through for over a year! No response from the company. I have contacted him several times and he either says he will come out - then doesn’t or just ignores me. I am now having to pay a small fortune to fix his rubbish work! Plus he left all the rubbish from his work in a pile in my garden! Not good.
