T Bow review about company Whitrock Associates Inc II

The buyer of our house hired Keith to estimate the condition of our roof and the cost to replace it. When I arrived home yesterday his truck was in the middle of the driveway. I could not even pull in. He handed me a card and said he needed to get on my roof. He did not make an appointment. He did not explain what he would be doing up there. He did not even introduce himself. When I asked why I wasn't notified, his response was, "You don't need to be here." He spent less than 30 minutes doing whatever he did. He also climbed on a neighbor's roof while they were home without even calling. This man doesn't make appointments likely because he deems himself too busy for that, however he does need permission to go on another's private property. Since he owns the company he likely thinks there will be no repercussions. This person may be in business, but I assure you he is no professional.
