Denise Boisvert review about company Done Right Roofing & Sheet Metal LTD

When I contacted my general contractor whose opinion I think very highly of for a roofing referral, without hesitation he emailed me the name of Done-Right Roofing. From my first contact to the last everything went very smoothly. Mike, the sales person, arrived within 2 days of calling the company. He brought a detailed folder which he left behind with info regarding the company, insurance, the type of tiles used and warranty. He told me the roof could be done within 2 weeks and would only take 2 - 3 days to complete. He also provided me with a quote which I thought was reasonable. The crew of 4 started 2 weeks later and finished in less than 2 days. I was very impressed with not only their work but by the fact that they took thorough care in cleaning up both days. The roof from what i can see looks great. Kevin came over 2 days later to pick up the payment for the roof, took the time to explain the warranty and left a detailed invoice. I was somewhat anxious about going through the procedure of having the roof replaced but the experience of dealing with Done-Right was very positive and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
