I have a client who had them come and give her a quote on a new roof. She is elderly and has never had to have a roof put on her house until now. The sales person quoted her 26K for the new roof the contractor who got the bid did it for 8K. A different client had a sales person tell her that her windows were not "up to code" to sell her all new windows. Her house and windows are only 10 years old and very much up to code. These people are only sales people, not carpenters or tradesmen of any kind and they are not honest and will only try and take your money. Buyer be where.
