Rafael Valencia review about company Apex Exteriors, Inc.

Where to begin? Salesman cant write up a clean, proper estimate for work being completed. Salesman submitted 2 total estimates to me and both were incomplete. I was told a 3rd finalized estimate would be sent to my email. Still havent received it. The boss of this place apparently has no personal phone number to call if their is an issue. Requested multiple calls from the boss to follow up on why his salesman missed our appointment to sign paperwork to start the work on my house . Found out their boss decided to leave the office early for the day. Great leadership skills here. I mentioned i would pay for all the repairs after job is complete and the estimate paperwork stated this was an acceptable choice for payment. Now later down the road in this process, they need 1/3rd of the repair cost up front?? Nope! Give me a break. Time is money. Calling businesses to get repair estimates is time consuming. Asked for a rock bottom price for all this hassle i was having with them. Not happy.
