I called and was brushed off the phone very quickly as if I was bothering them. I then sent an email expressing my concerns and got a call back. During the call I was advised they didn't know when it would be for them to get out and give an estimate but they would be in touch. That was a week ago, have not heard anything. We're done - moving on to someone that can offer customer service.
