SarahD review about company R S Miles & Son Roofing & Sidng

Minimal job for the cost, I think. I didn't get other quotes because it was a smallish job and this was only functional company to call me back. The initial manager assessment was good, and seemingly thorough. Crew was polite and cleaned up well -we just couldn't communicate, they didn't speak enough English for me to ask them anything about the job. They left one siding piece hanging visibly askew....not a good look on a finished job. Otherwise it looked good and continues to. It wasn't until more leakage 3 months later and another contractor that I was told what I had done was a band-aid fix with caulk. Of course this is all on my roof so I can't actually check it out.
