He went up on the roof and came down in a few minutes with pictures of the problem as well as pix of a few other minor problems, and explained everything very well and honestly. His quote was reasonable, and within the hour, everything was repaired, and we felt very good about the entire experience. He will be our go-to man for any future needs.
