Laura Smedley review about company Veterans National Property Services (VNPS)

Ruben and company provided me with a quote and pictures of damages that would be repaired. I've contacted Ruben personally about the damage that was photographed and never repaired. He promised that it would be resolved. To this day it still remains damaged. His company left roofing nails and debris throughout my yard. A nail did get stepped on pierce my flip flop and straight through my foot. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances! Yes Ruben we have been in communication. You asked me to send you the exact picture and I did. You told me you would send somebody out to fix it and no one has come. I gave you numerous times to come. You know that the gate is unlocked and that you can get to my roof and my yard freely at any time. You also took no accountability for any of the repairs that were not completed as you used a secondary company that you state you no longer use. I have been telling you about that corner since the very beginning. Also prior to posting responses you may want to check your records being that I haven't even owned this house for 2 years.
