Ann Haager review about company All South Siding, Windows & Roofing Company, LLC

I regret using All South's services and I strongly recommend you find someone else to install your roof or gutters. We hired All South to replace our roof and install new gutters. The roof was done on April 20 2019 and the gutters were installed April 23 2019. They were very friendly and seemingly knowledgeable about their product. They repeatedly told us they would take care of everything until we were happy, but apparently that only meant until they got paid for their services. Once the service was paid for, they have been unwilling to help us. We have only had 2 decent rainy days to test the roof and gutters. So far the roof seems good, which by the way they contracted out the work on the roof install. The actual employees of All South installed the gutters and that's where we have the current problem. We emailed them Friday May 10 about the rain water coming through between the house and the gutters and when we received no response, we emailed again on Monday May 13. Krystal said she would pass the information on to Ronnie. When we did not hear anything back by Wednesday May 15, my husband called Ronnie on his cell phone and Ronnie told him he would be out Friday May 17 to check it out but didn't know what time. Ronnie never showed up nor did he call to reschedule. So on Monday May 20, my husband called the All South office again and they said they would look into it, then to follow up he contacted them through their website contact form on Tuesday May 21; we have still not heard back from them as of today Thursday May 23. Update: June 7th: After more calls someone finally came out Monday June 3, their "fix" did not fix the problem, it just made it worse. We called shortly after they left and they said they would come out to install some drip edge. We have not heard back from them and we have since tried to contact them and were only able to get in touch with their answering service. I wish I could give negative stars at this point. Looks like we may be fixing the gutters ourselves at this point. Update: June 19: They finally fixed the gutters on June 11 by installing drip guards. Not impressed with their lack of communication or the fact that they jumped our fence to get to the backyard when my husband was home. I stand by my statement of wishing we had never used this company. I will definitely be calling someone else next time we need these types of services.
