Waste of time. The 2 stars are only because they do call you back. Long story short, after contacting the company 6 times and Butch coming to my home twice to see the issue, we finally got A proposal (6 weeks after they came to our home the 1st time!) saying they would fix the problems for a little over $600. Well after waiting 6 weeks, I figured I might as well get another quote... afraid it would take another 6 weeks for Lapage to actually make the repair. So I called the Chimney Pros on a Thursday; they came out the following Tuesday. The Chimney Pros got to my house at 11am on Tuesday and FIXED THE ISSUE ON THE SPOT! By 12:30 that afternoon, the issue was repaired for more than HALF THE PRICE! Only $300!
