Glo Giroux review about company Procap Enterprises

This roofer was recommended by a contractor I respect. He came over quickly and checked the roof for my leak and gave me a reasonable estimate, which I agreed to. He said he'd call the following week to set something up. He didn't call that week, or the next. I left a message on his business phone: that was ten days ago, and no response. I am really, really disappointed in him. I can't imagine that this is a professional way to do business. I have called another company.
