Nicole Arccardi review about company Roofing Southwest

BEWARE!! I wish I could post zero stars. I was in the privacy of my own home taking a nap on my couch. Meanwhile, Southwest was working on my roof. I woke up from my nap alarmed to make eye contact with a man peeping through my high window. The man was holding something in his hand that appeared to resemble a phone. I immediately covered up and took a picture as he THEN proceeded to tape my window up. I do live in an apartment complex and the HOA did not notify me because the work was not being on my specific building. I called the police and they told me making a complaint would not do much because I am over 18... which I do not understand because I did not consent to this. Next, I called Southwest and they also told me there was not work being done on the windows near my unit. However- they were working on some roofing the building over—super creepy...I asked them to please go through the employees phone and remove any photos and they refused. I believe it is extremely negligent to not disclose proper notice if your going to be having workers near my unit. As a citizen I feel extremely violated by Southwest Roofing and believe this privacy invasion should be recognized to the public. This company is extremely negligent and unprofessional. If you are a woman or have children beware of these peeping Toms!
