Lesley-Anne Holland review about company National Plastics, Cheltenham

USELESS AVOID!! Our windows have been delayed by almost a month. Communication was non-existent on this point. The day they were due we were told of the delays, and only when we called them to arrange collection. The next delivery date, again further delays, which were still not communicated, to be told when we called them. When the products finally arrived they were wrong! The staff couldn't care-less if they tried...if they did, then at least they would have tried to do something! Still waiting for someone to deal with our complaint! I have put 1 star, if I could have left a review without any, I would have but to leave a review its a requirement!
