Working with Window World was the best experience with our replacement of sliding doors and windows. We had seen their television commercials, and decided to go to the showroom. That is where we encountered a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped us with all our questions, and arranged an in home visit. After speaking with Jeff we were sold not only on the product, but the company as well. The installation crews we're professional, friendly, and their skill and knowledge gave us peace of mind that our winds and doors were being installed correctly. Mark was the lead for the installation. Mark updated us daily on the work to be performed. Each day he inspected the job and noted anything that needed attention. Mark is an amazing Craftsmen and is an outstanding representative of Window World. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we love our new windows and sliding doors. We recommend Window World without hesitation.
