Nicholas Mueller review about company Divine Roofing, Inc.

Let me start off by saying I had a VERY bad experience with another roofer in town whom I had to fire due to incompetence; therefore I was extremely skeptical of other roofers. As you can see by my "stars" rating, Divine Roofing understood my concerns and was very upfront and professional. Greg Moore came out to the house to inspect my roof and give me an estimate. The estimate was fair and they even advised on style/color to what would look better on the house (my wife was not home at the time so I was not allowed to chose colors on my own). Greg gave me a start date about 6 weeks out and even annotated that my wife and I were expecting our 2nd child and wanted to get the work done before baby arrived. Throughout the process, Divine Roofing maintained contact with me to ensure we were all on the same page and to narrow down an exact date. New Roof Install Colorado Springs received some bad weather on the day my roof was supposed to be installed; however, the roofing crew still showed up wanting to work. The conditions did not allow and they rescheduled to the following day. When the crew arrived the next day prepared for work, they first rang the doorbell to ask my wife if she needed or wanted to move her car to ensure she was not blocked in. The crew also did a complete walk around the house and moved patio furniture so nothing got damaged. Throughout the day, they were courteous and professional. Divine Roofing maintained contact with me during the day just to update me on the process. If you are looking for a reliable roofer, I HIGHLY recommend calling Divine Roofing. They have won over a very cautious homeowner and I have found a company I can trust and will absolutely use them again if/when I need any work done (lets face it, its Colorado and I will need a roofer again).
